All orders are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. We seek to provide prompt & swift shipping services for all of our customers, domestic, as well as international.

All orders are shipped through either USPS or UPS mail.

N99 Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Issues and claims with delivery such as these must be taken care of by the customer by contacting the corresponding mail carrier per their order.

International customers please note that you may be subject to duties and taxes that we cannot control. N99 Studios is not responsible for additional charges or customs clearances for international orders. Possible customs charges for international customers are unable to be calculated at the time of an order.

Orders cannot be changed once they are processed. Please make sure that all shipment details are correct before purchasing.

Please note that all items sold by N99 Studios are in hand. However, items are currently stored in two different storages. Please be aware that if a customer orders multiple items that result in different storages, orders may be shipped separately, to ensure that the order is processed as quick as possible.

Please be informed that we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges of any sort. It is to be noted that many items sold by N99 Studios are curated specifically for their unique qualities of wear and aging.

Authentication Guarantee: We guarantee authenticity for designer, streetwear, and luxury items in store. Items are carefully examined with a knowledge relating to established industry standards.

Sizing: 

Each garment is carefully measured to ensure best fit.

Sizes are determined by measurements, not by the listed size tag.

Our sizing is determined by the measurements taken by hand, rather than the tagged size on the garment. Many items, especially with vintage clothing, generally measures different than the tagged size on the article itself. A standard size large tee shirt from decades ago generally fits different than a standard size large in modern sizing, due to changes in manufacturing standards, different practices by brand, shrinkage, aging, varying fabrics & materials, etc.

We do our best to ensure the fit of each garment by judging each piece as a modern size with strict measurements taken. However, due to manual measurements, we ask to please always allow slight differences on occasion.
